Livingstone Landscaping Ltd. is currently seeking a Landscape Crew Lead to join our team in Southwestern Manitoba & Southern Saskatchewan. As the largest landscaping firm in the area, we pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and a team of outstanding employees.
As the Landscape Crew Lead, you will work closely with the Landscape Foreman to manage and supervise crew members, assign work tasks, use tools and equipment, maintain records and record keeping for projects, monitor work quality, ensure crew safety and train employees while participating in all work on site.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, knowledge in Landscape & Construction, experience operating power tools, and experience working with a landscaping crew. A basic understanding of horticultural practices and supervisory experience would be an asset.
Qualification requirements include a Class 5 driver’s license and a clean driving record, the ability to meet the physical demands of the position, and the ability to follow company safety procedures and recognize job hazards. This is a full-time, seasonal position with competitive wages dependent on experience and performance.
