Help Create a Great Employee Experience
We're looking for a Human Resources Support Specialist who is passionate about people, workplace culture, and safety. In this role, you'll provide day-to-day HR and safety support, helping ensure employees have a positive experience from recruitment through onboarding and beyond.

What You'll Do
Employee Experience & HR Support
- Serve as a primary contact for HR-related questions and support
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and employee programs
- Educate employees on HR policies, procedures, and systems
HR Operations & Recruitment
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support payroll-related administration, attendance, and leave tracking
- Coordinate job postings, interviews, candidate communication, and onboarding activities
Compliance & Safety
- Support HR compliance, reporting, and policy administration
- Maintain safety records, training documentation, and incident reporting
- Assist with safety training, Workplace Health & Safety Committee activities, and corrective action tracking
- Promote safe work practices and a strong culture of safety
HR Programs & Continuous Improvement
- Support engagement, recognition, training, and performance initiatives
- Assist with HR and safety reporting and metrics
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance the employee experience
What You Bring
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Experience in HR, administration, payroll support, or employee services is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- CPHR designation (or working toward it) is considered an asset

Compensation
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
