  • Oversee excavation, grading, base prep, pool placement, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment installation
  • Manage site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination
  • Conduct daily inspections for safety, quality, and progress
  • Troubleshoot issues and make real‑time decisions to keep projects on track
  • Ensure all work meets engineered plans, manufacturer specs, and local codes
  • Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers

What Success Looks Like
You excel in this role when you:
  • Deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Maintain a clean, safe, well‑organized job site

  • Provide a smooth, positive experience for homeowners

What You Bring
  • 2+ years of pool installation or construction experience
  • 1+ year in a leadership or foreman‑level role
  • Strong understanding of pool construction methods (vinyl, fibreglass, concrete, above ground, inground)
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
  • Skilled with excavation equipment, laser levels, and construction tools
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
  • Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license (Class 3A is a strong asset)
  • Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations

Who You Are
  • A proactive problem solver who thrives under pressure
  • Detail‑oriented with high standards of craftsmanship
  • Customer‑focused and professional on every job site
  • A coach and mentor who builds strong, capable crews

Why Join Us?
  • Lead meaningful projects that transform outdoor spaces
  • Work with a supportive team and strong company culture
