We’re looking for an experienced Pool Installation Foreman to take charge of day‑to‑day operations on residential pool construction sites. What You’ll Do
As the Foreman, you are the on‑site leader — coordinating crews, managing workflow, and ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You will:
- Supervise and lead installation crews of 2+ workers
- Oversee excavation, grading, base prep, pool placement, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment installation
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractor coordination
- Conduct daily inspections for safety, quality, and progress
- Troubleshoot issues and make real‑time decisions to keep projects on track
- Ensure all work meets engineered plans, manufacturer specs, and local codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Complete daily reports, photos, and documentation

What You Bring
- 2+ years of pool installation or construction experience
- 1+ year in a leadership or foreman‑level role
- Strong understanding of pool construction methods (vinyl, fibreglass, concrete, above ground, inground)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and site plans
- Skilled with excavation equipment, laser levels, and construction tools
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
- Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license (Class 3A is a strong asset)
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations

Compensation
$26.75 - $38.75 per hour
