We’re looking for a hands‑on leader who thrives in fast‑moving environments and takes pride in high‑quality work. If you’re motivated, organized, and great with people, this role lets you guide a crew and bring backyard visions to life. Experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate installation crews
- Oversee excavation, grading, base prep, pool placement, plumbing, backfilling, and equipment installation
- Manage site logistics, deliveries, and subcontractors
- Conduct daily safety, quality, and progress checks
- Solve problems and make real‑time decisions
- Ensure work meets plans, specs, and local codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and project managers
- Complete daily reports, photos, and documentation

What You Bring

- Able to read construction drawings — or eager to learn
- Skilled with or willing to learn excavation equipment, laser levels, and tools
- Strong in communication, teamwork, and decision‑making
- Familiar with or willing to learn local codes and safety practices
- Holding a valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license (Class 3A is an asset)

Compensation
$26.75 - $38.75 per hour
