What You’ll Do
As the Crew Lead, you’ll support the Foreman by guiding 1–2 crew members through each phase of pool installation. This is a working lead role — you’ll be right in the action while keeping the team organized, productive, and safe.
You will:
- Lead daily tasks such as excavation prep, base installation, pool assembly, plumbing runs, backfilling, and equipment setup
- Assign tasks, train new crew members, and maintain a positive team environment
- Perform precise installation work, including setting elevations and leveling components
- Operate small machinery (skid steer, compactor, laser level)
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and well‑organized
- Communicate progress, material needs, and site issues to the Foreman
- Interact professionally with homeowners and coordinate with drivers/subcontractors

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of pool installation or construction experience
- Experience leading small teams or acting as a senior crew member
- Strong understanding of installation processes, measurements, and elevations
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery
- Solid communication and problem‑solving abilities
- Valid Class 5 Manitoba driver’s license (towing experience is an asset)

Compensation
$21.00 - $23.50 per hour
